Performance Booking
Thank you for your interest in considering our services for your event. It would be our pleasure to serve you!
In order that we may have adequate time to successfully plan your event, we need as much advance notice as possible, especially for Black History Month programs. In fact, February is one of our busiest performing seasons, and usually, we have clients book beginning three months before. For all other events, reserving at least 30 days prior to the event date would be helpful. But again, the sooner the better! Please note that, if available, we will always give our best effort to accommodate you, even with short notice.
Fees
We will travel to your desired location provided there is funding to support transportation. Other cost factors would include meals for performers, professional fees and lodging in some cases.
Barefoot Performers
Another important factor, in considering our performance/workshop services, is that we dance barefoot. The surface we perform on must be clean and smooth (splinter-free). We cannot dance on cement.
