Additionally, we are abundantly thankful for our volunteers and the donation of countless hours from many individuals throughout the community.
It is important to note that we are not a “top-heavy” organization.
Our artistic director, choreographer and dance instructor has never, during the entire 23 years, received a salary which brings about a cost-savings of at least $45,000 annually. ACDT’s lead dance instructor is also an unpaid volunteer. The executive director is one of the lowest paid in the country.
While the passion and commitment of those three individuals are commendable, ACDT still faces major operational fiscal challenges.
